Helen Sangha

Hypnotherapist Helen Sangha

I hold a BA (Hons) Psychology degree from the University of Wales, one of the leading  institutions for studying psychology in the UK. Through postgraduate research, I became increasingly aware of the role of hypnosis as a highly effective treatment for a wide range of conditions. This led to my decision to specialise in clinical hypnotherapy so that others may benefit from this life enhancing therapy.

I qualified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, with the  London College of Clinical Hypnosis and hold a Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis. I am an Associate member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis (BSCH), which means that I am governed by the ethics and code of conduct of the BSCH, a reputable organisation in the field of Clinical Hypnosis. The London College of Clinical Hypnosis qualifications that I have gained, are also recognised by the Royal College of Nursing and the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Some of my patients are referred from health organisations including the NHS, the National Smoking Cessation Institute and the private sector.

As every client has a unique set of life experiences and comes with very different problems, I believe it is essential to devise a treatment program to suit each individuals needs. My extensive training means that I can use a wide range of techniques to ensure a successful outcome as we work together to resolve your issues. I offer a caring, sympathetic approach to solving your problems.
